The secret spice in our crystal clear vodka is the soil. That is why we call it simply ‘Nordic Soil’.

Every single drop in the bottle-upon-bottle of vodka we tap every year from our copper boilers comes from the region’s surplus potatoes. They have grown on the reclaimed, vitamin-rich seabed, so they are steeped in the sap and intensity of the soil that was under water for thousands of years.

The Distillery of Lammefjorden has local roots – so does the product. Even though the finished vodka is intended for drinking in Copenhagen, New York and London, it still has to taste of Lammefjorden.

So far, this crystal clear vodka is the distillery’s only product, but we’re cooking up lots of other sustainable drinkable ideas.
